Allow 2-3 working days from completion of order for ground shipping.
Next Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery are available for certain products. FedEx is our courier for all express shipments. Shipping fees calculated per order.
You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.
All orders are subject to e-mail confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the website may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. Sample colors: actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or printer and may not be accurate to actual products.
Our studio is closed for Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.
All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice. The total amount due is inclusive of sales tax applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping address. The applicable sales tax amount is indicated on the payment page of the cart. The amount of sales tax charged on your order will depend upon various factors, including type of item purchased, sales price and destination of the shipment. Sales tax regulations may change between the time you place an order and the time of credit card charge authorization and this may affect the calculation of sales taxes. The amount appearing on your payment page of the cart may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged as indicated in the invoice you will receive with the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Customer bears all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the same have cleared our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of delivery. All products will be fully insured for shipping.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND GUARANTEE
Our products are made-to-order and are not returnable, unless found to be defective upon receipt. Please inspect shipment contents promptly. All pieces are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship when they leave our studio, and for one year of normal use. Handmade items, leather, and other materials contain natural variations and character, and these should not be considered to be defects. Defective items will be replaced at no cost to customer.
Damage due to customer misuse or accident may be repaired at hourly studio rate. Please contact studio to arrange for repairs.
Return requests must be received by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us via email for any returns prior to shipping. If return is approved, refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on method of payment.
Merchandise should be in new condition, in all original packaging and insured for shipping. Unless otherwise noted, failure to comply will result in the item being returned without a refund.
